HTEC Group acquires Mistral Technologies, one of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s largest tech firms

By AmCham-user  Published On 19/09/2022

The acquisition of Mistral Technologies, employing close to 600 staff, makes HTEC the largest tech company in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

HTEC founder and CEO Aleksandar Čabrilo said acquiring Mistral Technologies was part of his firm’s ambitious goal of building the largest technology company in Bosnia-Herzegovina that would offer the best working conditions for talented staff from across the region. ‘This was also where we discovered synergy with Mistral’s owners’, he added.

Mersad Čamdžić, founder and CEO of Mistral Technologies, said the chance for young talents to work on some of the world’s most challenging projects whilst benefiting from continuing professional development was decisive in his firm choosing to join HTEC Group.

Both executives reiterated their commitment to giving talented experts from Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and other countries in the region more opportunities to build globally competitive careers.
