Mlekara Šabac obtains global product quality and safety certificate

This is Mlekara’s second Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification: it has held the FSSC 22000 certificate for nearly a decade, which has helped it become a major exporter of high-quality Serbian dairy products to markets ranging from Russia to Europe and the US.
‘Compliance with the IFS standard and certification with the highest score adds value to our company as it allows us to enter worldwide retail chains. We have demonstrated the extent to which employees of Mlekara Šabac are aware of their contribution and showcased their commitment to the safety and quality of our dairy products, where we follow global practices’, said Radenka Golubović, Head of Quality Control at Mlekara Šabac.
Mlekara Šabac will continue to follow and implement the latest trends in food quality and safety standards, continuing a tradition now more than 90 years long.
