PepsiCo West Balkans awarded recognition as a Top Employer

PepsiCo West Balkans constantly invests in talent by building a multicultural, inclusive and stimulating workplace and by continuously implementing initiatives to improve the working environment. The company receives hundreds of applications for employment vacancies each year, while at the same time it fosters talent development and uses internal selections so that younger colleagues are given an opportunity to learn and make progress.
– This year’s Top Employer award confirms the continuity of our efforts to build a stimulating work environment for our employees, which have been going on since 2008 when we became part of the multinational company PepsiCo. Tijana Tadić, PepsiCo’s HR Manager for the West Balkans and the Baltic, highlighted the extremely high standards of our global HR practice and the work conditions for our over 1,300 employees, the majority of whom work at our two factories in Maglić near Bački Petrovac and Laktaši near Banja Luka.
Recognition as a Top Employer is awarded by the Top Employers Institute in the Netherlands, and is judged according to 600 aspects of best practice related to Employee Management in HR. The award process thoroughly evaluates the best HR practices, and certificates are only given to companies that attain the highest standards of work conditions.
