Global Finance Magazine has named Raiffeisen Banka the Best Digital Consumer Bank in Serbia for 2023. It is the fourth time the bank has been recognized for its digital banking services.
The bank also won awards for the Best Consumer User Experience (UX) Design and the Best Consumer Mobile Banking App Serbia.
Raiffeisen CEO Zoran Petrović expressed his pleasure with these accolades, showcasing the bank’s commitment to innovation: “We are especially proud of the other two acknowledgments, Best Consumer User Experience (UX) Design Serbia and Best Consumer Mobile Banking App Serbia. These are the segments where we have been investing the most resources and expertise, so the awards are an additional incentive for us to continue improving and innovating. The number of clients using digital services is constantly increasing, as are their demands.”
The award winners were chosen by a panel of judges, including experts from tech firm Infosys and Global Finance editors, who considered criteria such as strength of strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, and product quality.
The bank’s dedication to user experience and mobile app functionality was recognized by the jury and contributed to its success.
