On Friday, May 24th, the company NIS hosted the AmCham HR Forum event titled ‘Generation Gap’
Opening the event, Alisa Evsina, HR Director of NIS, presented the complexities of managing a large HR team in a company that employs more than 13,000 people. She highlighted the challenges they face and the importance of achieving understanding and synergy between different generations in the workplace.
Professor Leslie Szamosi, Director of the Executive MBA program at CITY College, University of York Europe Campus, delivered a dynamic and proactive lecture titled “Look out Dinosaurs! Here come the Zs!!,” which garnered significant interest among the attendees.
The research “XYZ in the Labor Market,” presented by Miljana Nikolić and Sara Radović from HR Fabrika, provided a comprehensive insight into different generational perspectives and their impacts on work habits and expectations. Their research revealed interesting information about the generational gap among employees, concluding that younger employees exhibit greater ambition.
