The simulation enabled participants to develop the ability to balance quality, time, and budget, key components for the success of any project
At the PlayMakers workshop organized in partnership with Atria Group, representatives of AmCham Serbia member companies had the opportunity to learn through a simulation of unforeseen situations how to be flexible and agile, essential skills for leadership in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
The objective of this project management simulation was to enhance team leadership skills by balancing quality, time, and budget, critical for the success of every project. During the event held at the AmCham Serbia premises, attendees from member companies had the opportunity to improve their analytical abilities, critical thinking, and agility in problem-solving under the guidance of experienced trainers.
