WallBreakers workshop

The AmCham HR Forum and Atria Group run WallBreakers workshop, a change management business simulation

WallBreakers aims to prepare managers, leaders, and project managers to introduce change, improve decision-making skills, and enhance leadership competences through a simulation that allows experiential learning about the process of change management in a safe gaming environment.

The participants, who were divided into teams, were able to experience and immediately feel the impact of the various decisions they had to make.

The workshop was moderated by Edin Veljović, Regional Head of Development at Atria Group SEE.
