Project presentations and winner selection
The final event of the AmChamps 2.1 educational program was held at the premises of Banca Intesa. Four mentor pairs made it to the final stage, where their task over the past three months was to develop a project that would improve the operations of their respective companies. Additionally, each pair was assigned three mentors from the AmCham Board of Governors – Darko Popović (Banca Intesa), Zoran Daljević (Atlantic Grupa), and Goran Vasić (Yettel). These mentors also served as the jury during the project presentations.
The following four pairs reached the AmChamps 2.1 finals:
Darko Grahovac (UniCredit Bank) and Milan Kojić (Faculty of Economics, University of Novi Sad)
Nina Čaprić (NCR Voyix) and Sofija Cvetković (Faculty of Organizational Sciences)
Miloš Đokić (Medigroup) and Nina Ljubić (Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade)
Nemanja Arsenijević (Foundever) and Jana Živković (Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy)
The winners of the AmChamps 2.1 generation are Nemanja Arsenijević and Jana Živković. Their project, which utilized artificial intelligence to optimize and accelerate user selection for a business platform, proved to be the most effective solution for their client’s needs.
The second and third places were shared by mentor pairs Nina Čaprić and Sofija Cvetković, and Darko Grahovac and Milan Kojić. Nina and Sofija presented the Aloha platform, an NCR Voyix initiative aimed at advancing Serbia’s hospitality market, while Milan and Darko developed the AVM model, an AI-powered system for automated real estate valuation in the banking sector. Finally, in fourth place, Miloš Đokić and Nina Ljubić collaborated on creating the Medigroup Academy, a unified onboarding center for new employees.
As the creators of the winning project, Nemanja and Jana were awarded a full scholarship for master’s and MBA studies at York University. The teams in second and third place received partial scholarships.
We would like to once again express our gratitude to the mentors from AmCham’s Board of Governors and to Banca Intesa for hosting the final event.
