AmChamps 2.2 – 2026 Generation
AmChamps 2.2 is an advanced professional development program that offers a unique opportunity for young talents in Serbia to enhance their skills and gain hands-on experience by collaborating with successful managers from leading member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham).
Launched in 2014, the program connects final-year undergraduate and master’s students with young managers, creating a platform for developing key business skills through mentoring, educational workshops, and real-world business projects.
Advanced Professional Development: The program includes intensive mentoring with young managers, as well as educational workshops and practical projects that enable participants to work on real business challenges.
Innovative Mentorship: Through mutual mentorship, participants exchange knowledge and inspire innovation.
Networking: Through various activities, including team-building events, participants have the opportunity to connect with leaders and experts from different industries and expand their professional networks.
Contemporary Topics: The program focuses on key 21st-century business themes such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and business psychology. By exploring these topics, participants prepare for the challenges of the future.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Company visits, work on business projects, and exploring the process of launching a business help participants develop entrepreneurial skills and prepare for leadership in the business world.
AmChamps 2.2 will bring together 40 selected participants – 20 students and 20 young managers.
Students must be in their third or fourth year of undergraduate studies or postgraduate studies at state universities in Serbia and no older than 25 years.
Representatives of AmCham member companies are young managers aged 29 to 37, successful professionals eager to further develop their leadership potential.
Regular Phase (January – June):
AmChamps 2.2 consists of seven thematic modules carefully designed to provide participants with a comprehensive professional development experience and prepare them for the challenges of the modern business world.
Each module combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills through diverse activities held over 2–3 working days per month (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.), ensuring an intensive yet balanced learning rhythm.
Additional activities during the regular phase include:
• TEAM BUILDING 1 at the start of the program and TEAM BUILDING 2 as the closing event.
• COMPANY VISITS – offering first-hand insight into business processes, work environments, and organizational culture.
• INTERNSHIPS for students within mentor companies.
Final Challenge (July – October):
The three pairs with the highest scores advance to the final phase.
Managers receive a real business challenge assigned by their company’s general managers, while participants develop a project under the mentorship of three AmCham Board members.
The best pair, as evaluated by the mentors, is named the program winner.
Finalists receive valuable prizes:
