Module 1 in focus – emotional intelligence, breaking barriers, and the power of authentic communication
The first team building event within Module 1 – Personal and Professional Development was held at Sheraton Novi Sad, bringing together program participants in a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere that successfully connected theory, practice, and meaningful networking.
The program opened with a workshop on emotional intelligence led by Jovana Ranđelović from Sinergija Center, providing participants with practical tools for better understanding their own and others’ emotions, as well as for enhancing communication in a professional environment.
This was followed by the interactive WallBrakers workshop, delivered by Dragana Grozdanić and Luica Radivojević from Atria Group. Through structured exercises and teamwork, participants worked on strengthening trust, openness, and collaboration – key elements of every successful professional relationship.
The second day focused on developing storytelling skills. Nikola Milosavljević from HR Fabrika led a workshop dedicated to clear, authentic, and impactful presentation of personal and professional experiences – a skill of particular importance in today’s business environment.
A special segment of the program included speed meetings – short, structured meetings between managers and students, designed to foster mutual understanding and lay the foundation for future mentoring pairs. The team building concluded with the official announcement and photo session of the pairs, symbolically marking the beginning of their joint journey within the program.
