From influencer marketing to crisis communications – practical insights for the modern business environment
The second module of the AmChamps 2.2 program, dedicated to communications and marketing, brought participants together to explore key challenges of modern business communication – from digital influence and AI-generated content to public speaking and crisis management.
The program opened with a session led by Jovan Praštalo, a marketing communications expert and AmChamps alumnus, who discussed influencer marketing in the era of AI-generated content. Through practical examples, participants explored how the relationship between brands, content creators, and audiences is evolving, as well as how emerging technologies are reshaping authenticity and credibility in communication.
In the following session, Jelena Mikić and Borislav Miljanović from Represent System led an interactive workshop focused on public speaking. Through practical advice and simulations, participants worked on developing the skills needed for clear, confident, and persuasive communication in a business setting.
The final session addressed crisis communications, led by Maja Stojanović from Olaf & McAteer. Through real-life examples and discussion, participants examined how organizations can effectively manage reputational risks and respond to challenges in situations of increased public attention.
By combining expert insights with practical exercises, the module provided participants with tools to better understand today’s communication landscape and further develop the skills needed to represent their organizations effectively in public.
