As part of the AmChamps 2.1 program, participants had the opportunity on May 9 to visit two major companies — Atlantic Grupa and SBB — and gain first-hand insight into their operations and innovations.
The visit began at Atlantic Grupa, where participants gathered over coffee and sweets before touring the production lines for Bananica and chocolate, as well as the R&D laboratory. There, they gained insight into the development and production processes behind some of the region’s favorite products. In the lab, participants had the chance to design their own chocolate using a variety of available ingredients — an engaging experience that highlighted the importance of creativity and innovation in the food industry.
The second part of the day took place at SBB, where participants toured the contact center, Network Operations Center (NOC), and data center. Through an interactive presentation, they explored the digital solutions and infrastructure that support the daily communication of millions of users. They also learned about the impact of SBB’s integration into the PPF Telecom Group and what it means for its service users. Conversations with experts offered participants a broader perspective on the challenges and trends shaping the telecommunications industry.
