AmChamps participants and managers gathered for the second team-building event of the program at Kopaonik, where they had the opportunity to strengthen their connections and further develop skills important for both personal and professional growth through educational sessions, team activities, and informal networking.
The program began with an interactive lecture by Vladimir Borovnica on the topic of a growth mindset. Through discussions and practical examples, participants explored the importance of being open to learning, adapting to change, and pursuing continuous development, as well as how this approach can contribute to achieving personal and professional goals.
On the second day, participants took part in the business simulation “Promises, Promises!”, led by Mladen Čudanov from 2DO Consulting. Through teamwork and solving various business challenges, participants had the opportunity to develop their collaboration, communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills in a dynamic business environment.
In addition to the educational component of the program, the team-building event provided numerous opportunities for informal networking and relationship-building. The first evening was marked by a karaoke party, giving participants a chance to relax and showcase their hidden talents, while the second evening was spent in a traditional atmosphere of socializing accompanied by tamburitza musicians.
