AmChamps teambuilding event was held on Kopaonik for the fifth year running, with the support of MK Group, from the 1st to the 3rd of June. The event began in Belgrade with a lecture by the president of MK Group, Miodrag Kostić and Gorana Golubović Vukasanović, head of MK Group’s Corporate Communications.
Twenty two mentor pairs of the fifth generation of the AmChamps program visited AmCham patron companies Ball Packaging Europe and Coca-Cola Hellenic and became familiar firsthand with their business and the people who lead them in Serbia.
Participants of the fifth generation of the AmChamps educational program met and talked with Jelena Pavlovic, president of AmCham in Serbia, the President of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris International for South East Europe (PMI).
The participants of the 2018 AmChamps program had an opportunity to learn from the laureate of AmCham Leader in Change HERO Award, Kosta Jovanović, docent at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. They found out how robotics can improve our daily lives but also heard an inspiring story of a young scientist.
At this week’s gathering in the ICT Hub, participants in the AmChamps 2018 program had the opportunity to gain first-hand advice on the development of family businesses as well as to learn the skills of making decisions in stressful situations with the help of a creative approach and thinking.
The fifth-generation of AmChamps students and young managers had the opportunity to participate in an inspiring conversation and also socialize with the General Director of InterContinental Group and Vice President of Delta Holding, Zivorad Vasic.
The current AmChamps program continued with a workshop on Coaching & Mentoring and a lecture on the Digital era and team synergy.
Participants of the 2018 AmChamps program began their one year adventure with a lecture on Neuromarketing, a ”4 must haves workshop for leaders" and company surprises.
The fifth generation of the AmChamps program has begun its twelve-month educational journey, during which the students and managers will expand their knowledge and gain new skills necessary for a successful business career.
Vladana čumić Trtica, a young manager from Delhaize, and Luka Pavlović, a graduate of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, are the winners of the fourth generation of the educational program AmChamps – Young Leaders of Change.
