At the Stone Amphitheater in Košutnjak, the Digital Detox event took place — designed as a response to the challenges of modern life, where we are increasingly immersed in the digital world.
The goal of the event was clear: to disconnect from the internet and reconnect face-to-face through physical activity, time spent in nature, and conversations beyond social media. Participants, including members of the AmChamps 2.1 generation and carefully selected professionals from various fields, were divided into teams and embarked on an orienteering adventure with tasks that encouraged teamwork and being present in the moment.
Following the outdoor activities, participants attended a brief and inspiring lecture by psychologist Ana Mirković, focused on the impact of digital habits on our mental health and overall well-being. The final part of the program, titled “WiFi off, connection on,” was dedicated to open conversations, new connections, and sharing experiences — without screens, but with full attention.
Digital Detox was a powerful reminder of how important it is to occasionally press pause, reconnect with ourselves and others, and find balance between the digital and the real world.
