Divac Scholarships: helping students win the game of their lives

For four years, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation has been funding grants for Serbian secondary school students. To date, more than 1,000 applications have been received and 426 scholarships awarded, showing just how many children there are who deserve this type of assistance.

More than 30 percent of Serbian children live in poverty. Many are growing up without parents and facing hardship since early childhood. Many of the problems faced by these young people are caused by financial strain. If they could only afford it, most would have the chance to go on to university and change their lives through education.

We call on you to make your contribution to helping these hard-working, smart kids who need our support. The sum of 10,000 dinars covers a monthly scholarship for one child.
