By AmChamPublished On 26/09/2019
Participants in the semi-finals of this unique program, which was initiated to contribute to the professional and personal development of young people through the synergy of the academic and corporate sectors, presented case studies on a topic devised by Coca-Cola Hellenic, “Developing the Plant-Based Beverage Category Market with Adez”. The jury had to choose three teams from the ten mentor/mentee couples who presented their studies in the semifinals. The finalists who will compete for the first prize in the final round are:
1. Miloš Metlić (MSD) and Stefan Raičević (Faculty of Law); 2. Marko č€ elić (UniCredit Bank) and Isidora Orlić (Faculty of Economics); 3. Ivana Ljubičić (Algotech) and Jovan Živaljević (Faculty of Economics).
Another assignment will be given to the finalists by the General Directors of MSD, UniCredit Bank and Algotech. All students completing in the finals will be given the opportunity to work at AmCham member companies for at least a month, while the managers will be given a chance to consult with special trainers. All finalist couples will receive valuable prizes, and the winning pair will receive a full scholarship to Sheffield University’s Executive MBA program. The other two managers will receive a half scholarship for the Executive MBA, and the other two students will receive a half scholarship for a master’s degree.
Choosing the finalists was a big challenge for our jury members, and they had nothing but praise for all ten mentoring couples. They proclaimed this year's generation to be one of the best they had had the opportunity to meet.
The jury for this year’s semi-final was composed of Biljana Bujić, Tax and Legal Partner at KPMG and Secretary Treasurer of AmCham Serbia’s Board of Governors; Dr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis, Development Director of the University of Sheffield’s International Faculty, CITY College; and Vladimir Bošković, NCB Shopper Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic.
