The private banking service was introduced by the bank in mid-2020 under the name of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen (FWR), with the aim of offering world-leading exclusive banking services to select clients. In just over a year, FWR Private Banking achieved notable results and cemented its leading position in this segment of the local market.
‘Awards such as these are very important to us, all the more so because we have been recognised for a new service introduced in the pandemic year and aimed at a segment of clients with advanced banking needs who also demand comprehensive and highly professional service. This award is proof that we have succeeded in our core mission of establishing long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction by using cutting-edge digital technologies to tailor our approach to each customer individually. At the same time, we have been following emerging trends in the financial market to make sure our products and services are unique and suited to the needs of sophisticated private banking clients’, said Petar Jovanović, Deputy Chairman of Raiffeisen Bank’s Board of Directors.
This is the second accolade received by FWR Private Banking from the international financial press in 2021. This April, Raiffeisen Bank’s private banking service was also named the country’s ‘Best Private Bank’ by EMEA Finance magazine.
