A holiday marked in the spirit of gratitude that brings us happiness.
The event, co-hosted by CBS International, a part of Cushman and Wakefield, showcased the collaborative spirit within the community. In the splendid Ceremonial Hall of the Technical Faculties in Belgrade, generously provided by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the AmCham family, alongside esteemed guests, including ambassadors H.E. Christopher Hill of the U.S. and H.E. Christian Ebner of Austria, as well as Deans from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and Faculty of Architecture, gathered for a special Thanksgiving dinner.
Stefan Lazarević, AmCham Serbia President, expressed gratitude to H.E. Ambassador Hill, the Guest of Honor for the event, emphasizing the celebration’s importance within the heart of national technical education, bridging the gap between businesses and academia.
Ambassador Hill graciously shared his reflections on the significance of Thanksgiving as a cherished holiday and carved the first slice of the traditional turkey, marking the commencement of the dinner.
Dragan Radulović, CEO of CBS International, extended a warm welcome to attendees and emphasized the company’s proud affiliation with Cushman & Wakefield. He recognized that the essence of the AmCham community lies in its people, and the esteemed presence of Ambassador Hill further emphasized the familial nature of AmCham. Special appreciation was directed towards H.E. Christian Ebner, Austrian Ambassador to Serbia, as the company anticipates the expansion of its business presence in Austria.
