The event, attended by both men and women, focused on empowering women in the workplace
The first of four modules making up the training component of the She Knows initiative took place today at Belgrade’s Impact Hub at 21, Makedonska Street. The event centered on understanding gender bias in the workplace. Interactive learning sessions, hands-on group exercises, and practical examples, allowed the participants to gain actionable insights and tools for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) values, with special emphasis on support for and empowerment of women.
The first interactive workshop, on how to detect gender bias in the workplace, was facilitated by Mia Popić of Sinergija Coaching Center.

The workshop was followed by a panel that discussed generational perspectives of women’s careers, focusing on the experiences of women of various ages.
The panelists were Mirjana Lukić of Mirna Kuća, Nevena Martinović of iO Partners, and Đurđina Zdravković of Bance Intesa, each representing a different generation of businesswomen, with Nina Čaprić of NCR Voyix serving as moderator. The panel examined gender-based issues that persist regardless of age, and offered pertinent solutions and advice for addressing some of them.
