Recognition awarded to firms with high levels of employee satisfaction
MediGroup, a leading Serbian private healthcare provider, has won Luppa’s prestigious Top Workplace 2024 award.
Medigroup CEO Marijana Vasilescu said the award recognized the company’s efforts to continuously improve its working environment and care for its staff.

Since 2023, the Luppa Top Workplace award has been recognizing firms with exceptional workforce satisfaction levels. This year, as many as 58 companies with 32,460 staff competed for the prize, underscoring the importance of what MediGroup has achieved as an organization that fosters professional development while emphasizing work-life balance for its staff.
