As part of the AmChamps 2.2 program, participants had the opportunity to visit Atlantic Grupa and gain firsthand insight into the processes behind the production of some of the region’s most recognizable confectionery products.
During the factory tour, participants were divided into groups and had the opportunity to explore production lines where iconic products such as Bananica and the company’s chocolate products are made. Through conversations with employees and production experts, participants learned more about the technological processes, quality standards, and operational organization that ensure consistency and the recognizable quality of these products.
A special segment of the visit was dedicated to the R&D laboratory, where participants were introduced to the process of developing new products and experimenting with flavors. In a creative and interactive setting, participants also took part in crafting their own chocolate combinations, learning how new ideas are developed and transformed into products ready for the market.
Through this visit, AmChamps participants gained valuable insight into the intersection of production, innovation, and product development, as well as the daily work of the teams behind brands that consumers recognize on store shelves.
