From personal entrepreneurial journeys to businesses with social impact
The third module of the AmChamps 2.2 program focused on entrepreneurship and different paths to building and developing a business – from founding successful technology companies and managing family businesses to launching initiatives with a strong social impact.
Participants first heard from Branko Milutinović, CEO and co-founder of Nordeus, who shared insights from his entrepreneurial journey. Through his personal story of building the company, he spoke about key decisions, challenges, and lessons that come with developing a globally successful tech business, highlighting the importance of long-term vision and strong teamwork.
The topic of family business was presented by Željko Tomić, co-founder and co-owner of OSA Računarski inženjering. Participants learned more about the specific challenges of managing and developing family companies, as well as how tradition, trust, and professional management can be successfully balanced.
In the final session, Bojan Martinović, founder of Inclusio, spoke about entrepreneurship as a driver of positive social change. Through practical examples, he demonstrated how entrepreneurial initiatives can contribute to addressing social challenges and creating a more inclusive environment.
Participants also had the opportunity to tour the offices of Nordeus, gaining additional insight into the work environment and culture of one of Serbia’s most successful technology teams.
