This program is a successful blend of the academic and business world that offers students an opportunity to apply and improve their skills and gain valuable experience and demonstrate their potential. The companies gets a new perspective of their businesss and new ways of solving problems,” said Vera Nikolić Dimic, executive director of AmCham.
“It is necessary to invest gradually and safely to build the future we want. This program is an excellent example of how to patiently work together and build such a future, said Ivona Simic, adviser for human resources in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, aiming that “this is a valuable experience of the story, which will focus young people and launch them toward new achievements.”
After the opening remarks, there was a session of speed dating, after which the participants were connected in teams (one student and one manager each) in which the managers will act as mentors.
