AmChamps - Young Leaders in Change

AmChamps 2019 – Diploma Awards Ceremony

By AmCham  Published On 25/06/2019
“I am sure you all know what mentoring can give you and how it can help your personal and professional development. I have seen many times in my career how this two-way street creates synergy and builds very special relationships that help people get unique insight and better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses. I am sure this was also the case for all of you here today”, said Branislav Savić, First Vice President for AmCham and Plant Manager at Ball Packaging Europe. He added that education and young people should have a key role in the development of Serbia’s society and economy.
Suzanne Platt, Commercial Attache at the US embassy, described the AmChamps program as a place for the young successful people who will guide Serbia to a better tomorrow. She also said that mentorship is the key to developing the economy and society, and that she is proud of the AmCham’s role in connecting students with companies.
On receiving their diplomas, the program participants emphasized the importance of what the AmChamps program has provided for them professionally.
The twelve top-ranked mentoring pairs have qualified for the next stage of the competition, the semifinals, in which they will work on a case study provided by Coca-Cola Hellenic.
