AmChamps participants had the opportunity to explore the psychological aspects of business and decision-making through the sixth module of the program, held at Delta House.
The module opened with a session dedicated to introducing Delta Holding and its young leaders, led by Katarina Vidanović, Director of Human Resources at Delta Holding. Participants gained insight into the company’s organizational culture, its approach to leadership development, and the opportunities available to young professionals.
The next session focused on e-commerce practice from the perspective of Ananas, delivered by Anđela Lađević, Corporate Communications Specialist. The discussion provided participants with a closer look at the e-commerce ecosystem, as well as key communication and business practices within a fast-growing digital platform.
Miroslava Radović, Talent Programs and Development Coordinator at Delta Holding, led a session on giving feedback, with a particular focus on its role as a tool for professional development, improved team collaboration, and effective internal communication.
Participants then visited Sava Center, where they had the opportunity to learn more about its operations through a guided tour. The visit was led by Marko Stanić, Protocol Associate, and Jelena Hinić, Sales Officer, who presented the operational model and management approach of one of the region’s most important congress centers.
The module continued with a session on delegation, delivered by Ivana Pejak, HR Director at Medigroup, focusing on delegation as a key leadership skill and its role in improving team efficiency and decision-making.
