Tamara Milovanović has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Philip Morris International (PMI) for Southeast Europe, succeeding Aleksandar Jakovljević after seven years at the helm of the company. Jakovljević is taking on a new regional leadership role in the area of finance.
Milovanović has been part of the PMI team since 2010 and has held various leadership positions in finance, planning, and business development. Prior to her new appointment, she served as PMI’s Vice President of Finance for the European region.
In her new role, Milovanović will lead PMI operations across six Southeast European markets, continuing the company’s ambitious business transformation focused on strengthening its smoke-free product portfolio. This strategy aims to offer adult smokers a better alternative to continued smoking and contribute to PMI’s vision of a smoke-free future.
