AmChamps program was launched in early 2014, as a showcase model on how academia and corporate sector should work together with aim to develop people who will be leading the business community in the future.
Until now, a total of 9 generations of final-year students and young managers from AmCham member companies took part in this unique mentoring program, acquiring new practical knowledge and skills
necessary for further professional development, exchanging ideas and experiences, as well as networking with the leading people of the business community in Serbia.
Throughout the program, participants work on assignments and projects, either in their mentoring pairs or as part of larger teams, developing together their mentoring relationships and team spirit.
Program AmChamps pokrenut je početkom 2014. godine i predstavlja primer kako obrazovne institucije i privreda treba da sarađuju u cilju usavršavanja mladih koji će u budućnosti biti lideri poslovne zajednice. Do sada, ukupno 8 generacija studenata završnih godina i mladih menadžera iz AmCham kompanija članica učestvovalo je u ovom jedinstvenom mentorskom programu, stičući nova praktična znanja i veštine neophodne za
dalje stručno usavršavanje, razmenjujući ideje i iskustva, kao i kontakte sa vodećim ljudima poslovne zajednice u Srbiji. Tokom celog programa, učesnici rade na zadacima i projektima, bilo u njihovim mentorskim parovima ili kao deo većih timova, razvijajući zajedno svoje mentorske odnose i timski duh.
