An innovative platform facilitating the return of young talents to Serbia
A new HR Forum event saw the presentation of the Talenti.Ekosistem app, a joint initiative of the Serbia Young Talents Fund and Point of Return, an organization dedicated to supporting Serbians returning to the country from abroad. This innovative platform is designed for the Fund’s alumni who seek to start their careers in Serbia after completing their master’s and doctoral studies at prestigious foreign universities.
The app connects students directly with employers, offering Fund alumni access to current job opportunities. The platform integrates with LinkedIn to allow users to create resumes on the fly and facilitates direct communication between candidates and HR professionals through a built-in chat system.
Additionally, the app features AI-powered functionalities that analyze job postings from companies and match their needs with the most suitable candidates. Employers receive personalized recommendations based on compatibility, while alumni gain access to better jobs that align with their education and interests. The app also supports the development of an alumni network, enabling young professionals to connect and share experiences.
