AmChamps program was launched in early 2014, as a showcase model on how academia and corporate sector should work together with aim to develop people who will be leading the business community in the future.
Until now, a total of 9 generations of final-year students and young managers from AmCham member companies took part in this unique mentoring program, acquiring new practical knowledge and skills
necessary for further professional development, exchanging ideas and experiences, as well as networking with the leading people of the business community in Serbia.
Throughout the program, participants work on assignments and projects, either in their mentoring pairs or as part of larger teams, developing together their mentoring relationships and team spirit.
The program gathers 40 participants – 20 students & 20 managers from AmCham member companies. Students are in their final years of undergraduate studies or enrolled in master studies at the state Universities in Serbia and have up to 25 years. AmCham members are young and perspective mid-managers of up to 37 years.
